Thaaaat's right! DICE today announced what we all suspected. They have been in development on the very long awaited Battlefield 3. Annd if you get the Medal of Honor Limited Edition you get an invite into the BF3 beta... whenever that will be. No date however has been set and no information other than the title "Battlefield 3" has been given. I'm interested at the very least and since I already have pre-ordered MoH I guess I've got myself an invite into the nebulous BF3 beta. A bonus since the MoH MP leaves much to be desired.

Here comes the next "map pack" for BFBC2. It includes Rush mode now on White pass and conquest on Nelson Bay (although nelson bay is now in the daytime). Now don't get me wrong. I'm glad they keep updating things. But I'd really like to see some actual new maps with these "map packs" but I guess maybe that's too much to expect these days.

Treyarch has just released the box-art for CoD:BO. Now the design isn't all that startling since they've been using it on their websites and in the trailers. But You'll note that it says "PC" on the front. Who ever shows PC anything anymore?! Go Treyarch.

DICE has just released the trailer for the upcoming 4th map pack for BFBC2. Big surprise, no actual new maps. However they have so kindly made Atacama Desert a Rush map now which is cool. Although, now that I think I'm not even sure if the 3rd map pack has come to PC yet so who knows when we'll get this...

Oh yea, I forgot to post this video from E3 when I posted the others. Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is getting an expansion pack this winter. Its called Bad Company 2: Vietnam. This totally confuses me, isn't Bad Company 2 a modern era game? This is probably just an effort to detract from CoD: Black Ops which is coming out that same time and is also cold war/vietnam era. What say you?
